Top notch service. Jeremy was really great to work with as well the rest of the team members we spoke to. Jeremy was very thorough and responsive. The repairs done on our vehicle look amazing. You would not be able to tell where the damage occurred. I would definitely recommend Caliber

I enjoyed Jeremy. Just a couple things that I haven’t addressed with Caliber as of yet. Something happened to my tint film (close by the inside door lock area on my passenger front window) and it wasn’t like that when I took it to them. Jeremy circled everything on my truck in yellow, pink, and orange maybe to show all my small scratches, small dents etc. I noticed a few scratches afterwards that weren’t there plus the window tint issue, some wear on the front leather console, but to be fair some of it was there so it is what it is. I am more worried about the tint on my window because it doesn’t look good. I am sure Jeremy can produce the coloring marks he made in my file. I would really like my window tint fixed, the rest is not worth any back n forth because the work is warrantied and overall they did a pretty good job.

I could not be happier with my experience with Caliber Collision. Moments after speaking with the insurance adjuster, I was contacted by Caliber to schedule a drop off for my vehicle after an accident. Jeremy, my service adjuster, was amazing! He was kind, thorough with explaining the repair process and gave recommendations on what would be best with the expectations of my repairs. He was in constant contact with me with the status of my vehicle.He even made sure I was able to keep my rental car for the full time my car was in repairs when I communicated to him thay my return date was quoted to be about 5 days under my completion date. The customer service, from the receptionist to repair tech who contacted me about a discontinued part and the best options, was all top tier. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone in need of auto repair and would definitely go back if I am in need of their service again.

Caliber was so great to work with. I was in a car accident and they were helpful, dealt with all the insurance, and provided me with regular updates on the status of my car. The shop itself was very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful all the way around. I will take another vehicle there in the future if I have any other issues.

A tech texted early in day that my car would be ready in PM and please come pick up that day or next. I left work early & turned in rental, only to find out car would not be ready until following day due to calibration company not able to come. It happens, but heads up would have been preferred. I had to work from home next day due to lack of vehicle. Otherwise customer service was great.

Overall very happy with the experience. They did work on a unit that was a bit more complicated than usual and did a great job. Jeremy was very friendly throughout the repair. He was informative, although I had to request the update.
