The team at caliber was fantastic. Great customer service all the way through. They were able to handle my problem and even help me fix a mechanical issue at an incredibly competitive rate. The car was also washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. Felt like I was getting in a new car. Brian, the GM, was our main point of contact and he was fantastic. 10/10 will be back again.

Alan and the team were great. They kept me updated every step of the way and gave me way more updates than I expected which was nice. I was able to get my car back in less than two weeks which was great and they helped with the rental car pickup and drop-off which made things so much easier and less stressful. I hope I never need to go to a collision center again but if I do, it will definitely be at the Caliber Collision Center in McKinney off University by Custer Road with Alan and his team. Great work and EXCELLENT service.
