It hasn't been completed yet. The transfer of the vehicle in order to speed up repairs, ended in the inspection done by the insurance company not following it until many days later. Now they're waiting on a supplemental estimate before they can fix it. The text system is a broken mess and more frustrating than anything.

Jodie and John were very helpful in letting me know how the process to repair my SUV would take place. Jon keep me up to date with pictures of my vehicle as it was being repaired. Would highly recommend Caliber for repairs if you find yourself in need of a quality body shop.

John Guajardo did a fantastic job in dealing with my insurance company. They were trying not to pay the claim and John put together a complete report with more than sufficient evidence and information to the end that the insurance company was compelled to pay the claim. John work with the claims adjuster over a two-week period of time and never gave up even when the clams adjuster got rude and ugly with John. He treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. I will will refer everyone the Caliber Collision and tell them to ask for John!
