Some of the work on the repair is unfinished. There is a faint skidmark still visible on the fender and the repaired spot has a dim finish. Both are faintly noticeable but we are selling the car and it needs to be perfect.

The Caliber staff did an impeccable job on my car, service, and keeping us in contact about any and all updates. If I ever need my car repaired, I will be coming back to this location. On the initial visit, they were so welcoming and explained every step of the process. This was extremely helpful because I had no idea what to do. This is my 3rd time having my car repaired here and every time I have received top notch service and excellent customer service. John in particular I was very impressed with him. He has been my service advisor every time and he does an excellent job on communication and providing updates as my car has moved along through the process. Everyone was professional and polite , Cameron Lowe was my Service Advisor he answered my questions in a courteous manner. I also spoke to Bryan and he was very helpful also. I was advised not to wash my car for two weeks to make sure the paint sets on the car. I would have taken my car to the car wash before the end of the week. That was very valuable information. I would recommend CALIBER Collision.
