They did a great job in my truck repair and were very easy to work with and accommodating to my needs. When there were problems with aftermarket parts that came in wrong from the supplier they went above and beyond to make it right. The work was performed on time and my truck looks great!

The service and time needed for the repair was great. If I had any issue it was why my GPS unit which was plugged into my ODP port was removed? It took me over 5 min to locate it. I don't see any reason why it was removed in the first place since the work on the Acura was on the body? Besides that minor deal, everything else was great.

OMG! My baby girl looked beyond fabulous!! Could not even see any hint of a grocery cart that took full aim at her on a very windy day. They even took care of a door ding that was close to the damaged area as a surprise! Love that they took their time and made her look whole again! The staff were amazing and totally reassured me that I would never able to see any hint of repair had been done. They were 100% accurate with that. Thank you so very much!!! I appreciate the extra step too of delivering her to my work because she was getting her clean up and wanted to make sure she looked perfect and did not want for me to wait around. Heaven forbid anything else should happen, but if it does, this is the only place to consider for repairs.

They did a fabulous job on my baby girl! The delivered results were beyond the expectations I had which basically was perfection. They ended up delivering the car and picking up the rental to my location because she was getting cleaned up and not ready when I arrived, that’s great customer service instead of making me wait. I highly recommend Caliber for your repairs. It was a seamless process from setting up appointment time to drop off to delivery. Loved the fact that they sent daily updates while on the shop, great peace of mind.
