The work that was done is all good but I was getting alerts for tire pressure while car is in collision center and on day of delivery also I asked the same. But from time it came home it keep losing the tire pressure continuously

Process was effortless and quick

My vehicle’s repair time ended up being almost 2 weeks past what was projected. There were multiple delays along the way and I kept having to follow up with Chad to get updates. I asked for Chad to just keep me in the loop, but there were several instances that I had to reach out to him to get updates. Towards the end of the process, I was told by Chad that my vehicle would be ready by a certain day. But that day would come and I’d be told it would be ready the next day. It happened multiple times where I was told it would be “ready tomorrow” but it was not due to some unforeseen circumstances with staffing or a part issue. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was told it had been detailed inside and washed / buffed. However, on the driver side of my vehicle there were strange markings consistent with stuck on heavy duty tape that were not there when I dropped off my vehicle. Even Chad was confused as to why it was there and he did the best he could to remove it before I arrived but there was still some left over that he had to try and remove when I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Chad told me the manager approved waiving my deductible due to the inconvenience of the delays, but that did not matter because my deductible was waived anyway by my insurance company policy (single incident deductible with home deductible). Overall, I am disappointed with Caliber’s timeliness and communication throughout this process. I am grateful that the repaired and replaced areas of the vehicle look good as new. Chad was very kind and respectful every time I spoke with him which I did appreciate.
