I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I brought my F150 here to have hail damage repaired. I chose this shop as they had PDR on site and were certified by Ford to repair aluminum. I spoke to Scott over the phone and he listened to my concerns at immediately put me at ease. I did not want the roof cut off of my truck and his team worked hard with my insurance (over several supplements) to get that accomplished. I received updates by phone several times a week from both Josh and Albert, even when the update was âwe are still waiting on your insuranceâ. I also received updates by text message with my estimated completion date. I really appreciated this. To make it even better they worked seamlessly with Enterprise and I never had to request a rental extension throughout the process. The finished product is show room quality! Tundra was in for hail damage repairs for over three weeks, with the original estimate being 8 days to complete. Upon return of our vehicle, hubby has found the following unacceptable items: Rear passenger window doesnât cycle all the way down, center console rear charger is now broken. Additionally, in the paper work it notes that a windshield repair was performed, however we had the windshield replaced prior to work commencing at Caliber. Please advise how we can remedy the issues noted above, and obviously ASAP would certainly be appreciated. The Pedigoâs 707-846-6719
