Overall, we had good customer service. However, when I got the original estimate, I asked them not to submit it to insurance until we decided how to proceed. The next day I called and asked the receptionist to have Miguel go ahead and submit the estimate. About 10 days went by (I was out of town for about 6 of them), and nothing had been submitted. When I called to follow up, I was told pictures needed to be taken before the estimate could be submitted. I wish someone had called to tell us that. Other than that, we had good customer service.
