I wish there had been completed interior clean up in my car. The interior of my car was returned really dusty. So, there was quite a bit of clean up needed.

Josh made the entire process smooth from start to finish and made sure I was well taken care of the whole time. I’m very particular about my truck, and the work exceeded my expectations—I honestly can’t even tell there was ever any damage. Huge credit to the body shop technicians for their incredible attention to detail. They truly deserve a raise!

Hi! I always choose Caliber when needing bodywork. I am a former Auto Claim Rep with State Farm(and still work there but in Agency Support) and I pay attention to small details that can affect an already stressful situation. Every time I came into the shop, someone was available and eager to help. The repair was done sooner than my expectation and that’s a plus when in a temporary vehicle that you’re not familiar with. The bumper looks brand new. Josh was my advisor and always pleasant. There is another gentleman who gave his name twice but I STILL forgot it! But he was super sweet too. Wonderful energy from these Young Men. Please keep them happy. Thank You!

100% the best auto shop experience (repairs or otherwise) I've ever had. They went above and beyond, took care of anything that came up quickly, and worked the insurance company and rental company with some hiccups on their end (nothing Caliber fault). Using Caliber for anything that comes up in the future and will recommend them to everyone that needs work done.

Fast service, completed earlier than scheduled. Customer service was able to transfer my vehicle to another shop with a bigger bay without me having to drive it there. Having an internal USAA liaison there made the transition much easier between my insurance company and Caliber Collision.
