I am providing this feedback following pickup of my vehicle on Friday, January 9, 2025, at approximately 4:00 PM, after a completion rear-end repair totaling $15,714.59. During the initial walk-around inspection at pickup, I immediately noticed several quality issues. Underneath the newly installed rear bumper, the seam sealer application was uneven and sloppy, and the affected areas were not repainted. This is clearly visible and does not meet the level of workmanship expected for a repair of this scope and cost. Additionally, when I attempted to operate the power liftgate, it initially lifted approximately a quarter inch and then closed. On the second attempt, the liftgate opened only after the seals appeared to break free. Upon inspection, there was visible white heavy compound material on over the liftgate seals, liftgate jambs, interior trim, cargo area carpet and mat, The presence of this material appears to have interfered with proper liftgate operation. I also noticed overspray on the front center interior console. I requested that the technician assisting me attempt to clean the affected areas twice. While some effort was made, the vehicle was not returned to the condition it was in when I originally dropped it off. Prior to repair, the interior was extremely clean. The rear interior, liftgate area, and portions of the front interior require professional cleaning, and the rear seam areas require proper repainting. Given the cost and nature of this repair, these issues are unacceptable and should be corrected. I expect the vehicle to be restored to proper cosmetic and functional condition consistent with manufacturer standards and the quality Caliber Collision represents.

Josh Bailey at the Custer Rd location in McKinney was terrific. He took excellent care of my vehicle - it looks great- and his attention to me , the customer, was just what I needed.
