Everything was great! My repair was scheduled right away and was completed ahead of schedule. All of the staff I had contact with were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They took an unexpected frustrating experience with my car being hit, and made me confident that my vehicle was in good, competent hands. Communication was great throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair services. Saul was my contact person and he, as well as the woman behind the counter (unfortunately I cannot remember her name right now… ), were patient with all of my questions and were awesome to work with.

Steve was amazing and in fact the whole team at the Medford location are! They kept in contact with me regularly and for a stressful situation they helped make it less stressful, actually they were so amazing I had zero stress after the initial accident. Amazing service all around so thank you!!!

6 days prior to retrieving my car, I explicitly asked for the compartment where my spare tire is to be checked to ensure there was no sitting water. I was advised that someone would check. Upon picking up my car and checking the compartment with the spare tire, there was standing water which had not been checked as explicitly requested. The repairs to the vehicle are fine, this is just frustrating

Everything came out so beautiful. They did amazing job communicators with me and doing the job itself when I had seen it. Everything looks great. The paint the seams . It doesn't look like it's been put together like a Jigsaw puzzle. The only thing that i'm a little weary about is that when my window goes up, it does squeak, but it did rain.So I think the windows just wet, but besides that, it 's amazing.My window goes up.I don't hear any wind coming through the door nothing they are amazing

He kept me updated multiple times a week, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and easy.
