While the work that was done was executed well, on more then one phone call I made it known I wanted to upgrade my vinyl convertible top to canvas and pay the difference if needed. I thought that this was communicated clearly and was told would be happening. It did not, and while my replacement top is fine, I don’t feel like I was listened to and am disappointed that repairs took two weeks and I did not get what I was expecting.

Caliber Collision was Excellent. Staff friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kept me inform each day with updates. Repair completed 1 day earlier than anticipated with quality of workmanship beyond reproach. Great company - felt that they have my back and as such will have my business.
