I had a great experience at caliber collision in Medford Saul took great care of of my truck had to get a new bumper,paint job and a few other things and when I picked it up everything matched I would definitely go back for any body needed in the future!!

Very likely to recommend them because my family has used them in the past and their work has been impeccable. Their communications, not so much. Three times now, since the beginning of the process, I have asked for an estimate on a repair for a different problem of repairing my passenger side door, still haven’t heard anything or received an estimate. Again, communication, not so good.

I appreciated being updated by Steve. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. My car was returned cleaned inside and out and Steve explained the completed repairs.
