Steve was knowledgeable and kept in touch with frequent updates. (Tip: if the update has his name at the end, be sure to respond since that’s him messaging you individually.) Alicia at the desk was always quick to answer the phone, and always very helpful and kind. They had a rental from Enterprise, processed thru the insurance claim, picked up and dropped off right there at the shop. Finished the car earlier than estimated and it looks gorgeous!! Would def go back there. Thanks, Caliber, for taking such good care of my baby!! 😁

They did a great job, and went above and beyond to accommodate me, even though they were short staffed the day I was supposed to pick my vehicle up. They also helped me with an early drop off and late pick up, so I didn’t have to take time off of work. From the front of house to the technicians, all around great experience.
