I had nothing but an amazing experience working with Caliber Collision. Tommy kept me up to date with how the repairs of my car were going and if there were any delays. I had a rental car at the same time, and the communication fromhim with enterprise was amazing as well. Bryana, the office manager, made the whole process really easy for me from that very first call when I needed information, to scheduling my appointment, and even helping me realize there was an issue with my rental after insurance dropped the ball. Tommy kept me in the loop throughout the repairs and coordinated with the other person's insurance to make sure everything went smoothly. The team that worked on my SUV did a fantastic job! You can't even tell it’s been in an accident! Tommy also made sure I could pick up my car as soon as the repairs were done and followed up with insurance to prevent any unnecessary delays. When I went to pick it up, he confirmed I was happy with the work and let me know I could bring the car back if anything wasn't quite right. He even checked in afterward with a call to make sure everything was still good with the repairs. Excellent service all around!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I came in with sling to drop my car off the girl saw me in sling never mention bring up someone can bring car to my home take rent car I really didn't feel good to come in pickup the car she really don't look her customers I seen her looking down on her desk no customers skills in person.

My shift gearshift lever cover was broken and stuck. The car wasn't on park completely since it was broken, car wasn't off completely due to this. I didn't bother letting anyone know as I had already waited 2 weeks for my car to be done. Also the person that parked the car, had to have noticed that the car was saying it wasn't in park but ignored it completely. The noise is pretty loud. Car was unlocked too
