They did a great work, starting off with helping me schedule an appointment, to letting know what I was needing to do when dropping off my vehicle to keeping me updated constantly. The repair work looks great. I’m dissatisfied that my automatic seat buttons no longer work. *They worked the day I dropped off my Highlander.*

My automatic seat buttons no longer work. They worked the day I dropped my Highlander off but not on the day I picked it up. Caliber Collision will look at it as soon as I can set up a time to take it in. Other than that, the service was good.
