I was given an extra long target date to completion. Little or no help in knowing when the car would actually be ready. Quality of work was very good. Parts could have been ordered before the truck was needed at no risk to Caliber.

The staff were nice, and updated me throughout the process. My car was scheduled to be finished July 27th. It was done by July 16. Overall, my experience with caliber was very pleasant and convenient.

Service was excellent. Josh and Divid did an outstanding job of keeping me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Once my repair was completed my car was washed and returned to me like new. They even took care of my rental for me. Sign me a very pleased customer!!

Wow! The Caliber Collision team in Mesquite (I-80) do an excellent job from beginning to end. They make sure you're comfortable, they answer any concerns and they deliver! They crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's for me! From customer service to physical labor they deserve an award for going above and beyond my expectations. They kept me informed about the status of my repair the entire time and got my car back to me ahead of schedule. They deserve an A+ rating in my opinion. I want to thank the entire team.
