There was a profound lack of communication, especially the last few weeks. There were promises to call back that never occurred. After finally picking up the car I raised the back row seats to find it filthy due to materials from the repair. There was large amount of debris & the carpet is dirty. I will say the repairs do look great & it is running well.

Rarely heard from them unless I called. Many times when I did they said they’d call back in an hour & never would. They did a great job with repairs, it looks great other than the mess & dirty carpet under the folded back seats.
