When I spoke to a Travelers rep I was told that the deductible total would be $500, knowing there were two claims. When I picked up my car from the shop, I was told the deductible total was $750. I wish the communication had been clearer so that I wasn’t taken off guard with the additional $250 I had to pay. That’s money taken from elsewhere to pay the unexpected additional $250 deductible. Overall though it was a good experience.
