Extremely satisfied from the moment I walked in. The girl that assisted me at the front was courteous, took care of my reservation with Enterprise and then has me speak to Samantha who went over the damages of the vehicle. They promised a completion date of 12/23 and ended up completing the work on 12/19 which was a few days before the due date . My Juke was repaired to my satisfaction. I strongly recommend Caliber Collision. They also took care of returning the rental. Extremely happy.

My experience with Caliber and Ricardo in particular surpassed my expectations. I also knew the status and what was going on with my vehicle because Ricardo called me with an update regularly, maybe even twice in a week. Every was smooth and easy, even the rental car pickup and drop-off at the shop. Thanks again to the whole Caliber team.
