I recently had my 2026 Subaru Outback repaired after a loss, and I had a great experience with the collision center. Kelly, my service advisor, was fantastic throughout the entire process. Check-in was quick and easy, and they worked around my schedule for drop-off. There were a few delays due to my vehicle being so new, but Kelly kept me informed every step of the way. The repairs were completed properly, and she took the time to review the final paperwork and walk around the vehicle with me to make sure I was satisfied. I truly appreciate the communication and excellent service!

Honestly I regret choosing to send my sons first car there for repair

Initially the car was said to be finished and the paint was all orange peeled. Sent it back and there is still a huge paint run and build up under the window trim. This particular location must not have any quality control to send out work this bad and claim it’s completed. I will be sending it back to be fixed correctly AGAIN. Please do better
