I am extremely happy with the service I received at Caliber Collision. Kyle regularly updated me throughout the process; which I've never received at any other car repair shop, so I was very impressed with that. They topped off my windshield fluid and had even offered to fill my back tires up that has alarmed low. When I arrived for pick up, I had my 3 year old daughter along with me and the front desk girls offered candy canes and let her pick out a mermaid barbie from their toy basket. That made her feel so special. I will definitely be returning for any car repair needs in the future. Thank you, Bridget Byrne

Intake was good but they called 2-3 hrs before closing to let us know car was ready, day before thanksgiving and had to return rental next day. I was out of town, put me through a lot of stress to arrange for someone to be home so they can drop off the car and pick up rental, thank goodness I didn’t take the rental with me because I didn’t come back to DE until Saturday.

Took extra care for my car, as well as waited late for me to pick it up because I got off work late
