I cannot praise Caliber Collision highenough. Everyone from Kelsi & Sierra at the front desk, to the repair people, Todd & another associate who all made the whole process easy. They handled the repair as well as getting me a rental car from Enterprize. They arranged for the Enterprize representative to meet me & bring the rental to Caliber. Thereby making this process easier. Caliber handled the interactions with Geico & kept me informed by texted updates. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision to any one who needs this kind of help.

From day one I was constantly kept informed on the repairs to my vehicle. I never had to call once for any update. The entire office was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend caliber collision in Middletown to anyone I come in contact with. Kelsi was a tremendous help during the process and Kyle constantly kept me updated. The manger was very kind and friendly as well. Also a huge thank you to the body tech Alex that did the repairs to my vehicle it truly looks way better than it did before going into the shop.
