Zane Crockett is a huge reason that I am satisfied. He is very thorough and his follow up is very accurate. He was the liaison between my Insurance company...which was not as thorough. Zane is a good listener and went one step more and tried to help me with my key fob issue. I am glad that I chose Caliber Collision.

Dave that oversaw the work being done on my truck did and excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The entire team at the Middletown Delaware location did an awesome job and my truck looks great. There were two small spots I noticed that needed some attention, I brought this to Dave and he asked that I bring my truck back in to resolve as soon as possible, that I really appreciate also! They really go out of there way to make the experience as easy as possible on the vehicle owner. Thank you Middletown Caliber!!!!
