Jeff Shaw was great when he gave me an estimate when I just walked in. Dustin took over and was very personable and thorough. He took the tome for my phone calls and worked with the insurance of the other person who damaged my car. Gwen was awesome as well. I highly recommend this location as this has been my second repair in this shop. It is nice to know I have a trusted body shop to have in my pocket. Thanks again

At a naturally stressful time after our family car being damaged I am glad I insisted that the other driver's insurance company must be mistake to initially tell me your Caliber location on Grove Road in Midlothian, VA was omitted from their "approved list". Otherwise I would not have been able to rely on your Mr Jason Cole to shepard our repair as he did.

Dustin made my experience exceptional. Dustin established a clear method of communication right from the start; he also set fair and attainable timelines of the work being performed. My truck was completed well ahead of schedule, which was a welcome surprise to get back into my own vehicle. I tasked Dustin with getting estimate for future work and he came through like a champ, I did not have the work performed during this visit, but I will in the future because of the care and effort put forth by Dustin. The color does not match and it looks so much different. My car was painted by Bruce’s before and they’ve done a great job of painting. I was planning going back to them but my friends recommended you that’s why I brought my car to you! Please call me back for further information! Thanks

The repairs were not complete and we had to pay for the service and sign that we were picking up the vehicle before reviewing the work. When we reviewed it, we realize that there was a section that had not been done. We left the vehicle to complete the repairs with no additional paperwork saying that we did so.
