I loved the repair, however, after car was returned to me I went thru a toll thinking nothing of it. Looked up and panicked as my EZ Pads hadn't been returned to my car and now we'll he getting a $25.00 ticket!

I was anticipating a painful experience. Instead I experienced excellent, completely professional, customer focused treatment that I rarely encounter these days. I am 69 years old and I can remember a time when customer focus was real and there was an attempt to make sure a customer was treated with respect. Sadly, there is less and less of that these days. However, in this case, Brad exceeded all (I mean each and every one) of my expectations. The communication was great. I was impressed with the organization of the job, the timing of the job, the cost of the job, and his willingness to come in to work on a Saturday to get my truck back to me several days earlier than the original estimate. I hope to never have to contact a collision repair company again, but if I do have to, I will call Caliber. I will recommend Caliber to any friend in need of collision repair.
