Jay and Kristie were very professional and friendly. They answered any questions I had and also kept me updated on the repair status of my car. The job was completed four days earlier than expected. I have no complaints at all, and would definitely recommend Caliber.

Everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Brad worked hard to get my Jeep repaired and not labeled a loss. My vehicle drives beautifully and looks great. It's a 2006 and it looks new. I would recommend your staff on Grove Rd in Midlothian to anyone who needed any work done on their vehicle. They are the best!

Caliber Collision is in a class of its owwn......second to none. By far the best collision center in the Richmond area, possibly VA too. I wouldn't take my car to any other body shop even if the cost to repair was free. Their business model is exceptional and now know why they have an extensive repeat-customer base who are extemely loyal and confident in receiving high-quality workmanship performed by Caliber. From dropping off the car to picking it up, I felt like I was the most important customer they had and would do anything to ensure that the work they completed exceeded my expectations and nothing less was acceptable to them.

The work done on the passenger side doors was flawless, considering the amount of damage (new door, new paint) that needed repaired. The ultimate result was the look of two brand new doors that blended extemely well with the other sections of the car. By far, the finished work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return if I ever need more collision work done in the future.

Tim and Brad welcomed me on the day that I dropped off the car and treated me as if I was a VIP customer and the work being done would be their #1 priority. Brad always ensured I was 100% satisfied and informed that if I ever wasn't 100% satisfied, to let him know and he would do whatever it took to ensure that I was 100% satisified before bringing the car home and nothing less would be acceptable.
