The service provided by Jay at Calliber was excellent. He provided me with daily updates and was very responsive and thorough every step of the . So far the look and drive of the car post the repairs are good. However, it was difficult as the client to answer one single question as yes to "completely" satisfied when my car was in the shop for 8 weeks. There were problems in the end that extended things two extra weeks. That was no one person's fault and the Audi dealership added extra time. When it finally came back in he end to Calliber on the day I was to pick it up, there were a few miscommunications or lack of notes in the system that created further delay, but the team worked to make it right after I called to finish things up, inspect the car and get it back to me. In the end, I would use Calliber again for body work and appreciated Jay's great service through an incredibly frustrating ordeal.
