They listened to me that I didn’t have to pay deductible and helped by calling my insurance to clarify that the person who hit my car was responsible and their insurance would pay. My I strange had sent the clarification but Caliber didn’t react to it and had asked for me to pay a $200 deductible when I arrived. They understood when talking with my insurance agent and I was able to receive my car and come home. They did call me to request I come back to sign a form to enable their payment which I did do. This is second use of Caluver for my Audi and I was happy with both paint jobs.

Great customer service. Also tell techs they did a super bumper repair. I hope they do as well in April when I bring it in for passenger door repairs
