From my first phone contact with Gwen her kindness and professional guidance on what to expect to timely updates throughout the repair process by Dustin - I have never been so pleased with customer service from any company no matter the business. I wanted express my gratitude to Caliber Collision for the superior workmanship. I had Dustin assigned to my repair. He is excellent at his position! He commented daily after he finished his day to provide updates of the repair status. EVERY employee treated me like I was family. This is the 2nd repair that they have completed & the workmanship is superior to any local repair shop. Communication with the customer was beyond my expectations.
