Car had hail damage on May 27th Memorial Day 2024. Car didn’t get into the caliber collision in Midlothian until the beginning of July. Didn’t get updates and had to call often to find out on the status of my car for months. Didn’t get my car back until beginning of October and car is still missing parts (not calibers fault). Upon pick up I was given the car without windshield wipers(had to arrange a day to go back and couldn’t do a car inspection), Found glass in the front of the car and back seat after pickup, car never got fully detailed and doesn’t have wax on, Paint-less dent repair was below average and you can still see where they tried to repair those dents from the warping on the door. Rear back glass window tint replacement has bubbles and the tint wasn't cut to fit accurately. Hood scoop isn’t fully seat and isn’t flush to the hood. Needless to say I had higher expectations for caliber collision overall and was not impressed.

The only issue I had was when I picked up the car the tire pressure was low. I don’t know if that is something they do but it wasn’t low when I dropped it off. I was a little nervous driving like that. Otherwise I was extremely happy with the staff and communication.

The front passenger wheel, that they removed, is now missing a lug nut, has another lug nut loose and the tire is ruined from shaking loosely down the road! I could have died because someone didn’t make sure to properly attach the wheel!!!
