I recently brought my car back in because of a noise coming from under the dashboard, and I have to say, Kathleen is the BEST! I’ve been working with her since the moment I dropped off my vehicle, and she has provided phenomenal service every step of the way. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my car. While the technicians inspected the source of the noise, the team even arranged a rental car for me so I could still get back and forth to work without any inconvenience. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to taking care of their customers truly put my mind at ease. Overall, amazing customer service and great-quality work! Highly recommend.
