It was the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. I don’t really want to talk about it with a representative. There’s nothing caliber is unaware of in what I went through. Just relieved to be done. Never again.

I can't remember her name but the girl that helped me originally to set up my appointment was very knowledgeable in what I needed to do and the information needed from insurance. She was very polite and always greeted me with a smile.
