The work itself was excellent but the customer service side was okay. I don’t think the text updates matched up with what the actual estimated time of completion actually was. The window given, and me giving them the benefit of the doubt, and using the last day, still didn’t match up. And when I got a second message stating that last day I mentally marked as the day it should be completed came. I was not given a phone call the day of or a personal message the original deadline would not be met. Which was fine, but talk to people, leaving someone in the dark, helps no one. Thank God, my family has a second car, because if I had a rental and planned on returning a car based on the messages I did receive, I would be stranded. I only found out the deadline wouldn’t be met, until I called the office myself. That should not be the case. Just be as transparent as possible and things would be better. I called them mid way through the day, and it was a Friday, I’m not sure when they planned on calling me or messaging me, if at all, but people have to make plans accordingly so all updates go a long way.

There is a knocking/thumping sound coming from the area where the work was performed. I need to have this looked at and addresses.

Caliber staff worked well with the insurance company to make sure all the damaged parts were replaced. You can’t tell from looking at the car, that it was ever damaged. Staff were helpful, especially Chris Legg, who went to bat for me!
