The process with Caliber Collision was exceptional from start to finish. Once initial contact was made they expedited everything in a timely, efficient, and professional manner and ensured that the repairs exceeded what the insurance company was initially willing to pay for. Car looks brand new and done justbin time before my rental car lapsed (even with 10+" of snow delaying things!!!!). The communication was solid throughout the process and even let me know I had a battery issue so I wouldn't be stranded overnight. Definitely a go to place if ever (hopefully not) needed again.

Everything was wonderful. From the start when we brought the car in: the staff was excellent. They were helpful, I informative, understanding, flexible, and professional. The car was repaired to our complete satisfaction. Additionally, the car, when it was returned, was cleaned and polished, inside and out. The car was in a similar condition as the day we picked it up from the dealership. We highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who wants to be completely satisfied with their repairs and be treated kindly and professionally.
