I was initially going to use another company, but they couldn’t accommodate me for days, called Calibre… got in right away. They kept me informed, were helpful, called the car rental, and put me at ease! From reception to the staff… completely impressed. Sabrina went above to keep me posted and took personal interest in my total satisfaction. I have already told many friends and informed another (who had recommended a different company) of the great service and customer care I had at the Milford Calibre. The manager also called me to update me. The final impressive moment was the closing, the receptionist, Sabrina, and the manager all came out to speak with me, insure I was satisfied, and to just meet and greet. I felt like a friend, not a customer. As I told them, hopefully, I will not need their services again; but if I or anyone I know does, I will highly recommend Milford Calibre Collision and their great staff!
