There is a knocking/thumping sound coming from the area where the work was performed. I need to have this looked at and addresses.

Caliber staff worked well with the insurance company to make sure all the damaged parts were replaced. You can’t tell from looking at the car, that it was ever damaged. Staff were helpful, especially Chris Legg, who went to bat for me!

I had to take the vehicle back 2 times. Once because there was little dust bubbles that had to be polished out and there was polish written on a piece of trim that they didn’t polish. Then I had to take it back because I had a whole lighting system out in the front bumper because they didn’t have it plugged in properly. These things should have been checked before you called me and told me that my car was ready.
