They are the best. We were taken in earlier than they projected. Parts were bought and installed promptly. We were informed twice a week of the progress and any issues slowing down the job. Part supply was the only holdup and was beyond their control. They made us feel at ease during a difficult stressful time.

In all my conversations with the secretary and automotive technician, I explained that the insurance company sent the initial check out to me and it was deposited in my checking account. I was very clear that I would bring check to pay that sum plus my insurance deductible. NOT ONE TIME did anyone tell me that they would not accept my check. As I reside and work more than 40 min from the shop, I had to coordinate pick up of the car. At 4:55 pm when I went to get the car, that was when I was informed. This tactic is not a good look for your company and is also why we probably will look elsewhere in the future. I absolutely do not like putting that large sum of money on my credit card.
