The work itself was great. The thing that dissatisfied me was the completion date was pushed back multiple times due to the wrong bumper coming in and then the painter had gotten sick. I was not notified each time until I called to check on the status of the vehicle. That caused me to have to extend my loaner vehicle and change other plans because it required the use of my truck and trailer. Better communication is needed, especially when there are problems. The delay caused me time and money.
