After having my vehicle for 4 days ,the estimate was almost doubled. I sent an email to your company to get a few answers, no one replied. So when I arrived to pick the vehicle up, the rocker trim piece looked like they used a crow bar to remove it. The rocker trim piece was marred and damaged and there were indentations and gouges in the rocker. I refused it ,and I am supposed to take it back to replace the rocker trim. I hope they have enough going for them to repair the indentations and gouges also. I will make them aware of the need to also fix the rocker. Not happy as of now.
