Caliber Collision did a fantastic job and came through with everything that they promised to do. My car looks better now than it did before! They did an amazing job ahead of schedule. From the first moment, I spoke with someone at Caliber Collision on the phone and she set up an appointment for me to meet with Frederick.From the moment that Frederick met me on a Wednesday morning to evaluate the damage that was done to my car. Then he called me on a Friday afternoon to tell me my car was finished! Then on Saturday morning I went to pick up my finished car, Fred greeted me with my beautifully finished repairs on my car!. I was totally impressed with my overall experience with Frederick and his team!!! I could not have asked for better customer service!!

Have been to look at the truck 2x and both times there were issues with the repair. 1st there was a dent still in the door and back rim was not repaired for replaced. 2nd time the bumper was crooked. Truck is still at the shop. I’m now worried the axle and rear differential may be mess up as no one has opened the diff. Also I have not seen the farm spec print out.

My car looks absolutely brand new after a deer collision and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back in top shape. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of the car which was much appreciated. Highly recommend!
