From beginning to end, Caliber Collision provided excellent and professional service. Josh stayed in constant contact providing updates to the status of my vehicle repair. The end result? Shop good. Phone system stinks. Was bounced around, put on hold, transferred to people who did not answer (had to call again), while listening to a barrage of self-serving commercials. Too much; you already had the business. Keeping on selling is offensive. And even got an "Abro" message in the middle of it.
