I have already had two friends take their cars there, and I speak highly of Caliber Collision so yes I'm a customer for life and I recommend highly to others, again I've have gotten to others to have their cars fixed here.

I would really be giving a 10 as a rating because Caliber is a great shop!! But the one I use in Milford Ohio, send their mechanical issues to a Shop called Dayheights Auto, and they are horrible they made 4 mistakes/trys to get my car fixed right!! And so the alignment is still way off and I had it fixed perfect from Carx and 4 days later the car was making a rubbing sound! Well it comes to be Dayheights Auto was so lazy to remove old rubber cover and it got smashed up into the spring and strut area, and so they did another alignment and it was so poorly and now GEICO Won't Cover Their mess up since they paid for it twice and now I'm left with my steering wheel not straight.. And on top of the bad work me as a customer they were treating my bad over the phone ..
