I’m giving a 5 because I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the facility. They acted as if I didn’t exist. The only person who greeted me was the Enterprise Rep and later the inspector came out and greeted me. Walking into a facility and being greeted and acknowledged by the customer service reps at the front desk always sets the tone

Bumper is uneven with taillight depths, paint run/bubble on one side and a paint over drip caused a paint tab that I can move back and forth with my finger. Also the bumper is not flush with the rear quarter panels like it was before. Points are popped out.

There are small scratches on driver side door frame that looks like it came from a sander. I have not had time to bring the car back over. This is an annoyance because it should have been noticed.
