The car looks beautiful. The communication was thorough. I was given an eta and planned accordingly with that date in mind. The car was completed five days early and I was told at 4:45 pm that I had 24 hours to pick it up. I have a child that I have to get to school. I work in the opposite direction of your shop. I expressed my frustration with this demand and received no true explanation and was told I could call the rental car company. After so much care was given it was disappointing to end on such a note

I think Shanna did an exceptional job in the office advising me! She even did a better job than my actual claims adjuster. It was very nice to be kept up-to-date and for her to follow through with her word if she said she was going to call me or get back with me. Britney also did a really good job of keeping me updated as well as answering any phone calls I had. The ladies outdid themselves my car looked beautiful!

I was a little frustrated with Progressive getting the repair started. The staff at Caliber did a terrific job. They answer my many questions along the way. I'd definitely bring my vehicles back if needed.
