There is a 4-5" mark on my front windshield that is chemical in nature and won't come off with cleaner. This wasn't on my windshield before and I need it to be removed.

From April 16 to May 5 I got zero updates even after calling and letting you guys know that I wasn’t receiving any updates we confirmed all of my info was correct and I still didn’t receive a single update and that’s after they pushed back pick up time without notifying me
