They did fantastic work. It looks great. I especially liked the text communication throughout the process. I have a hearing disability and to be able to text questions instead of a phone call was really nice. It was a good experience and I would recommend the company to others.

I had a really great experience with this body shop! There were a couple delays that made the process take a little longer than expected, but the team kept me informed and made sure everything was done right. When I got my car back, it was running like new — you’d never know I had been in an accident. I really appreciate the quality of the work and the care they put into making sure everything was safe and reliable. Highly recommend!

Thank you for such an amazing experience. Customer service was very helpful and the repairs made to my van were beautifully done. My van was so shiny and clean that it looked brand new. If ever in the future I need repair service, Caliber Collision will be my first choice.

Went to pick up truck Friday andCharged us someone else’s deductible and when we went back they had no way to refund until Monday. Then some sensors aren’t working and windshield wiper fluid doesn’t spray. Went to address this same day but the mechanic wasn’t there until later that day or wait until Monday. I work third shift and haven’t been able to get home and go to bed so I am tired and now on top of that I have to go back Monday.

On Friday they Charged us $1000 for someone else’s deductible because they grabbed the wrong paperwork and then the car had sensors that were not working but they did when we brought the car in. The windshield wiper fluid doesn’t spray. They could not help me when I brought the car back right away to fix the money and car issues so we have to go back later today (Monday) to fix all issues and the lady at the desk had a really bad attitude and was unapologetic about her mistake
