The staff was a tremendous help. The work took longer than anticipated, creating some logistical problems for me, but Brittany and Maddie worked to minimize my schedule problems.

Caliber glass was awful to deal with. Showed up at my house with the wrong glass and then told me they couldn’t reschedule without a separate insurance claim. I spent hours on the phone trying to get that appointment covered by insurance under the same claim - which caliber glass confirmed was complete only for them to show up with the wrong glass and tell me they couldn’t reschedule without that second claim. I will never use Caliber glass again. Caliber collision was good.
