Very bad experience . The repair is not completed yet after one month . I was referred to a sublet vendor to repair the infotainment . I will never refer this caliber location to anyone . Lack of communications . Jacob the person I charge has a very bad customer service . He should be trained .

Communication. Is bad. Promises not kept . Car was in the shop for a month , released but not fully repaired instead referred to a sublet vendor. Very inconvenient . Now we have to wait for an appointment again.

Will never recommend this location Jacob needs training on customer service . Text communication only to indicate the charges and false pick up date is not right

Extremely professional efficient organization.

Jacob was our repair coordinator. He kept us informed during the whole repair process (month) and it was obvious that Caliber paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop.
