They completed the repair ahead of estimated time. I was informed of the repair status daily. My car was hit from the side when someone backed out of the parking space without checking I was right behind. Workmanship was great, the paint job was great too,. They even cleaned & detailed my car before I picked it up, really appreciated that.

My car was pretty new, only one & half month old when the front passenger door was hit by a car backing out from its parking space. I brought my car to Caliber Milpitas for repair. The repair went well. The shell of the door was replaced & repainted. My car looked new again. But when I drove at & above 35mi/hr with all window closed, I could hear wind noise coming from the repaired side of the car. I took the car back to the shop for inspection & test-drive. Jacob was very patient & test-drove with me. He agreed that the noise was coming from the repaired side of the car. The service guys tried to make some adjustments, but the noise was still there. So they decided to order new seal to replace the original one which was reused in the repair. I am still waiting for the new seal to arrive, so I can bring my car in for replacement. I hope the new seal will solve the noise problem. Will update & change my rating once the noise is fixed.

My front driver side tire is down to 30 pounds. I'm very sure it was the correct pressure when I dropped off the car. I have to borrow my neighbor's tire pump!
